Go Me
Here's more proof to myself that I'm doing okay ... yesterday's banking problem, while aggravating, didn't get me down at all. Cool. Go me. The more I can take these things in stride, the stronger I am. The "old me" would have been depressed all day.
Things will work out. They always do, somehow. I think having a positive attitude is what does the trick.
That, and sometimes I swear I must have a guardian angel.
I did some more work on my current short story ... turned novelette ... and am now thinking seriously about just making it a novel. It has so much potential, and it's just so much fun. Fun to write, that is ... hopefully it will be fun to read, too. It's the first full-out comedy I've written in a long, long time.
The closing on my house sale is still set for tomorrow. *Fingers Crossed*
