Dark Energy "Dark Energy" doesn't refer to "dark" fiction or horror. It's the name of a very real force which is bizarre and defies logic.  We know little about it, yet it makes up 70% of the universe, and it's pushing the cosmos apart at an ever increasing rate.

It's one of the biggest mysteries to ever confound science.  That is why we chose it as the name of this web site.

It's a solid reminder that despite everything, humanity knows little about the true nature of reality.
